Nutrition Challenge January 2017
Get a jump on your goal setting for 2017. I know some of you have asked about how to sign up for the
Body Fat Testing. Our nutrition challenge will kick off on Monday 9th. We will have AZ Bod Pod at our location on Friday January 6th from 2-6:45pm Each time slot is 15 minutes long. Sign up at Arizonabodyfattesting.com you will need to create an account and choose January 6th 2017 in the drop down menu. Once you put in the date you will see Firebird listed. There are currently 20 spots and they are expected to fill up fast. The price is $59.00 which includes an initial test and a retest. The testing is not required for our nutrition challenge but it is recommended to help track your progress. The site will let you choose and book a time slot.
