The heart and soul of the Firebird CrossFit program are our pure CrossFit group classes. These group classes are lead by experienced coaches who know how to integrate you into our program. You will learn new and fun movements from gymnastics, power lifting and Olympic lifting, and you will increase your capacity in bodyweight movements and endurance. The fastest way to results is our CrossFit Group classes.
No matter what level you are currently at, our unique program can accommodate you.
As a beginner you will be integrated seamlessly into the Firebird CrossFit program as you come to ALL Level classes. Each day there is a beginner version of the work out of the day. Don’t worry, this version is accessible but not easy, it is designed to acclimate you to the complex movements and the intensity of CrossFit safely. You will be fully immersed into our community working out alongside of supportive veterans and caring coaches.
As an intermediate CrossFitter, you will be allowed to flourish. We offer a few classes that are intermediate only with more technical teaching and the IWOD challenges you daily as you workout in ALL Levels classes. Once you become a proficient CrossFitter, we understand how hard it is to reach the next level, so we guide you with teaching, counseling and a challenging program.
As you become a seasoned CrossFitter, you will be welcome to test into our advanced classes and competition program. Advance classes are for CrossFitters wanting to take their fitness to a competitive level. Advance classes are more complex, intense and demanding, and designed to challenge even the most expert CrossFitter daily in our All Levels classes.
Each class has an experienced and professional coach that is capable of teaching all levels of athletes to ensure mechanics, consistency and intensity, and our program is designed to accurately challenge any level of CrossFitter from beginner to advanced.
