We are nearing the end of the WLC and I hope that you have gotten comfortable with your new food choices. Here is week six’s shopping list and meals:
Paleo Cod Cakes: cod, sweet potato, onion, green onion, carrot and almond meal
Salmon and Fennel: salmon, fennel, onions
Hamburgers
Roasted Asparagus
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Sweet Potato Fries
Latin Lasagna: ground beef, ground pork, plantains, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, cilantro
Roasted Red Peppers
Fruit Salad: pineapple, strawberries, apples, mango, coconut milk, shredded coconut
