He is also, along with his wife Juliet, the owner and founder of San Francisco CrossFit and firmly believes that “All human beings should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves.”

Kelly shares his expertise through CrossFit’s Movement and Mobility Trainer Course where CrossFit coaches can learn strategies for resolving pain, preventing injury and improving athletic performance.

According to Kelly the key to improving your mobility and thereby your position and performance is just to start. You should be addressing your problems everyday. One technique is to set the clock and 15 minutes later be done.
