Programming Overview February 10-15
Over the next 12 weeks we will have days that are WOD only, Lift and WOD and Lift Only. It is important to come to as many type of days as you can. You especially do not want to miss the Lift Only days if you are serious about having a better clean and jerk and snatch. Much of what we will do on those days are strengthening and drilling movements that make pieces of the lifts better and better.
Monday: WOD only
Tuesday: Lift Only
Wednesday: Lift and Board WOD
Thursday: WOD Only
Friday: AMAZING VALENTINE’S DAY RACE (5:30pm) and WOD Only
Saturday: Lift and WOD
