Something we have been working on

You may have noticed notes about oxidation and inflammation on the whiteboard.  You may even have come across us filming something.  At the request of The Biz (a business association for CrossFit boxes) I am putting together a series of videos about basic science and Advocare supplements.  We started with a product called the Herbal Cleanse.  Here are the fruits of our labor, and now you can enjoy them too, along with a host of CrossFitters across the country!
