Old School Nutrition Challenge Winners

We recently (well, sort of recently) concluded our Old School Nutrition Challenge.  Here are the winners and what they get:

1st Place- In addition to a framed, signed certificate suitable for hanging in a prominent location in her livingroom, Nichole will get $100.

2nd Place- Caren will receive $50, some snacks and a 4″x 6″ Firebird CrossFit sticker which should pretty much cover the rear window of her Smart Car

3rd Place- Richelle gets a bottle of Fish Oil and some other swag.
