What to do this Saturday

If you don’t have any plans for Saturday, you should go to Captain CrossFit in Prescott for the HotShots19 Hero WOD.

If you DO have plans this Saturday, you should cancel them and go to Prescott anyway.

Didn’t get a spot for the WOD? No worries. There will be plenty to see and do. Including seeing some of the BIGGEST names in our sport.

As if that weren’t enough, Tru Strength will be holding side competitions at their booth.  Prizes include: Flagstaff Extreme day passes, a women’s necklace set from House of Diamonds, an Oly lifting seminar with East Valley CrossFit’s August Schmidt, Lululemon gear, My Fit Foods gift cards, as well as gear from SEALFit and OPT.

100% of proceeds raised will go to the families of the fallen firefighters. So come ready to do ANYTHING, support a good cause and maybe win some awesome stuff.
