Testing this Saturday

This Saturday, September 7th we will be testing levels with two WODs.  There are two Trials:  Trial by Fire (for intermediates wanting to test into advance) and Trial by Ordeal (for beginners wanting to test into intermediate).  The Trial WODs will be at 11am. Both WODs are capped at 22 minutes, and you must complete the entire WOD within the cap to qualify for the next level.  Since these are test WODs, not training WODs scaling is not allowed. Here are the Trials:

Trial by Ordeal

Run 400 Meters

35 Air Squats

25 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (55/35)

15 Double Unders

10 Power Snatch (55/35)

5  Handstand Push Up Negatives

10 Clean & Jerk (55/35)

15 Box Jumps (20/12)

25 Burpees

35 Kettlebell Swings (16/12)

Row 500 Meters

22:00 min cap

 

Trial By Fire

Run 400M

35 Box Jumps (24/20)

25 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups

15 Overhead Squat (115/75)

10 Power Cleans (185/135)

5 Muscle Ups (Ring or bar) / 5 Ring Dips (ladies)

10 Handstand Push Ups/ With 1 ab-mat (ladies)

15 Toes to Bar

25 Burpees

35 Double-Unders

Row 500 Meters

If you have passed the old Level 1 test, don’t fret, you are grandfathered in.  You are, of course, welcome to come out and test yourself!  We look forward to seeing you this Saturday.  Good Luck!
