Week Two Shopping List and Meals

shepherds-pie1You have made it past your first Whole Life Challenge Week! Here are the meals and  the downloadable shopping list Chuck and I used for this week’s meals:

Salmon Patties: canned salmon, ground almonds, eggs, green onions, fresh dill
Roasted Fennel
Steamed Broccoli
Vegetable Puree: rutabaga, celery root, parsnip, cauliflower
Shepherd’s Pie: ground turkey, baby carrots, frozen peas, vegetable puree
Short Ribs: short ribs, tomato paste, vinegar
Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti Sauce: hamburger, tomato sauce, onions, red pepper
Grilled Chicken
Hamburger Salad: hamburger, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled eggs, just peas (freeze dried), mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil
Curried Cauliflower and Sweet Potato
Breakfast Casserole: eggs, broccoli, and sweet potato
Fruit Salad: pears, apple, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, coconut milk, shredded coconut
Granola: almonds, pumpkin seeds, just bananas (freeze dried), dried currants, coconut flakes
